Nature of Business Bar B Q Plaza is a self-cooking Mongolian-and-Japanese-style barbecue restaurant. We focus on the selection of high-quality meats and vegetables which customers can enjoy grilling by themselves. To take part in cooking like this makes dining at Bar B Q Plaza becomes an enjoyable experience. The meal is also accompanied by specially prepared sauce, which tastes just right for grilling food.

History Bar B Q Plaza
Bar B Q Plaza has stepped into the barbecue restaurant business since 1987 by Mr. Choopong Choopojcharoen, who applied the long-famous Japanese-style barbecue with his restaurant. Bar B Q Plaza opened its first branch at Central Plaza Ladprao. With its new and different style of food, enjoyable experience of grilling, its uniquely delicious taste, and high-quality meats and vegetables, Bar B Q Plaza has become increasingly popular. Moreover, while shopping malls industry has been considerably growing, Bar B Q Plaza has also been expanding the number of its branches in alignment with the opening of shopping malls.

Bar B Q Plaza is in food industry, where there is a high level of competition. Over the past 20 years, Bar B Q Plaza has continuously building its network and expanding its branches. There are currently 65 branches of Bar B Q Plaza and 48 branches of Joom Zap Hut (Thai Herbal Hotpot) with over 2,200 employees. As of today, Bar B Q Plaza is the biggest restaurant in barbecue and grilling category and is considered the 3rd biggest casual dining restaurant in Thailand. Furthermore, it is ranked in the top ten chain restaurants, compared to both local and international brands. Since its start with only 30 employees, Bar B Q Plaza has developed its management to respond, in a timely manner, to the future business expansion.

The management is also well prepared for active competition in the market. For the present organization structure, each branch is supervised by its Branch Manager, while District Manager and General Manager supervises all of them at the upper levels respectively. Meanwhile, marketing professionals are recruited to be responsible for active marketing plan as this is the focus of Bar B Q Plaza.

Today Bar B Q Plaza has become a strong and professional restaurant which can compete with leading restaurants, from both domestic and international chains, and can be considered to operate at the standard of international restaurants.

Quality of Service of Staff Every staff of Bar B Q Plaza is well trained. At the training center of the company, each staff learns the operation of the restaurant. Also, they are trained to do their job skillfully. Both in-house and external trainers provide the staff with regular training courses which enhance their knowledge and competency.

Also, to impress our customers, the food is served quickly and precisely in accordance with the order

3. Cleanliness: The premise is well cleaned. Every area in the restaurant, the service area or the kitchen area, for example, is extensively cleaned by our staff. Every staff also dresses neatly in accordance with the rules.

Bar B Gon
Bar B Gon is the mascot of Bar B Q Plaza. He is a cute cheerful dragon that is friendly to children. He likes delicious food and can eat much food at a time. Bar B Gon is the symbol of the delicious taste of Bar B Q Plaza food
